(QOL) Assessment

In this one hour session, Dr. Beth works with your family one-on-one to sort through your pet’s history, performs a low-stress physical exam, and assesses your pet’s home environment. Together, you will make a plan of how to keep your pet comfortable, and discuss warning signs for how to know when it’s time to cross over.

Before the appointment, please gather the following:

• Previous veterinary records.
• Medications and supplements.
• Fill out the HHHHHMM QoL scale.
• Your questions and goals.

In home Euthanasia

Your pet is surrounded by familiar faces in familiar spaces when it is time to say goodbye. You get to choose the location, who is present, and if there’s anything special you’d like to do first. A gentle sedative and pain reliever injection is given under the skin to help them fall asleep. Once relaxed, a paw print keepsake and hair clip keepsake are saved for you. After some time alone, Dr. Beth gently helps your pet cross over with an IV medication.

In home Euthanasia
with Cremation

Everything as described with in home euthanasia. After, Dr. Beth personally transports your pet to a trusted pet crematory for your choice of cremation.

1) Private Cremation
Your beloved pet is cremated by themselves and returned to you in an urn of only your pet’s ashes.

2) Communal Cremation
Your beloved pet will be cremated with others and added to a memorial sanctuary on crematory grounds.

In home Mobility Therapy

In this one hour session, Dr. Beth customizes a plan to help mitigate your pet’s mobility using three main techniques: laser therapy on your pet’s targeted areas (knees, feet, etc); acupressure massage therapy to address soreness; and passive range of motion stretching to help maintain flexibility. Starting at $145.
